Debra Whitehead

Debra Whitehead serves as a Technical Assistance and Continuing Education Specialist. She is responsible for developing and delivering face to face, distance and self paced product training as well as TA to State VR agencies and appropriate ancillary partners. With over 25 years experience in HR, education, training and development, she brings expertise in leadership, ethics, planning, generational poverty and team development. In the past three years she has coordinated six demonstration projects on transition and community service/employment. Debra has a B.S. degree in Education for the Emotionally Impaired from Eastern Michigan University.
